Excellent service from Emily. The loaner I was given that morning was suitable and much appreciated. My vehicle wasn’t ready as expected due to a lengthy software update. At 3:30 with no solid estimate on when my care would be done, Emily suggested I take the loaner home and have a driver bring my car to me the next day. That really softened my overall experience and made things so much easier on me and for me. My care was delivered to my home the next morning well cleaned and ready to go. Thank you. Overcharged for labor. Charged 700 for something that was supposed to be done when changing the tires. Having me pay for your mistake is rediculous.
Very friendly and professional staff. My service advisor Josh made the drop off and pickup of my vehicle very smooth. I have an older Mercedes and was happy that Mercedes of Scarborough is able to service and make repairs. I will be going back!

I brought the vehicle in for a Mercedes-Benz recall. I had to leave the vehicle for,service. I was offered a ride home by Uber and was told that the dealership "would take care of it." I assumed ( incorrectly) that meant that the dealership would cover the cost. They did not. My cost was around $49.00. I was not offered a loaner. The work was completed and as always, although expensive, (they found other issues that needed corrections) the work was done efficiently and accurately. For what was done, review of the rear sub floor, windshield wiper replacement and battery replacement should have been performed while I waited. The service writer was professional and polite. Explanation regarding my Uber experience could have been better.
