No one answers the phone. I tried several to call to set up appointment. No answer, no response to message left. Finally went to the store!! Costs have increased. Guess we have to pay for the new store front. Also communication during service is essentially non existent. They don’t call or text to let you know status or if they will miss the promised date. Hopefully the mechanics are still ok. It’s the only reason they got 3 stars.

Excellent service from Emily. The loaner I was given that morning was suitable and much appreciated. My vehicle wasn’t ready as expected due to a lengthy software update. At 3:30 with no solid estimate on when my care would be done, Emily suggested I take the loaner home and have a driver bring my car to me the next day. I brought the vehicle in for a Mercedes-Benz recall. I had to leave the vehicle for,service. I was offered a ride home by Uber and was told that the dealership "would take care of it." I assumed ( incorrectly) that meant that the dealership would cover the cost. They did not. My cost was around $49.00. I was not offered a loaner. I was pleasantly surprised by the competence and professionalism of the service staff, in particular, Emily. When I called to set the appointment to fix a check engine light that the issue was covered under warranty,,,the gentleman wasn’t very knowledgeable or what seemed to be accommodating. I was worried as some dealers (according to the internet) had tried to charge for this issue. Again, once I got there, the staff knew exactly what it was and there was no issue whatsoever!

MB in Scarborough once again rises to the challenge and delivers. Dropped in with a dead battery concern for our 2014 ML350 (jumped it to get to the dealer). Zoe (our service manager) got the car in right away to confirm one way or another. Swapped in a new battery and starter battery and good as new. In fairness to the vehicle diagnostics it had been stating "Check Battery" for over a month... My bad and thanks Zoe and Neal for always making the experience pleasant, professional, and personable. Very efficient at receiving my vehicle, going over with me what needed to be done and getting me a loaner vehicle. Neal also made sure that I was comfortable in the loaner and made sure that i had no questions about its operation. When I picked up my SUV in the late afternoon, the same courtesy was shown. I am a senior citizen and everyone made sure that I was safe.

MB of Scarborough is where we bought our coach 4 months ago. We recently had a few warranty items taken care of by Scott Joys. However one item was the refrigerator which needed a new panel replacement cracked at delivery.It appears MB is still awaiting delivery of the proper panel from AS.

Very difficult repair since it was electrical and VERY hard to trace. Vechile was picked up, reportedly fixed and within 350 miles same problem occurred . Dealership paid for this towing which was close to 100 miles. Found other electrical problems and turbo problems. Dealership covered all labor costs, customer paid for the OEM parts. Although customer and service department were both frustrated Scott Joys was very professional and kept client informed. Sprinter now running well.
