They sent me a text around 5:00 informing me it was done and would be delivering the next day. How’s that for service. Not to mention I’m an hour and a half away. Review: I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this Mercedes-Benz dealership, and overall, I’m very disappointed with the way it operates. That said, today I was fortunate to be helped by a service representative who was incredibly helpful, professional, and communicative. They were a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating pattern of poor service.

Superb service from check-in to pick up. Everyone was dressed professionally and very polite. I especially liked the Thank You card and bottled water from the Service Manager Ben Irving. I give the team a 10!! A big Thank You!!

Overall great service. Only problem I was told there was a recall software update and it would take an extra hour. After 3 hours I was told they could only do half the update because it would take an additional 4hours and they could not do that today. Another 2hours trip to the dealer and kill another day.

We had a great experience. Zoe was amazing helping me get the repairs a warranty process going in the right direction. I purchased from another dealership and needed a fairly expensive repair. she navigated the repair process and the other dealerships warranty process with kindness and professionalism.

Went in for a 50k service and the visit was seamless. They got me in on time, they had great amenities and only recommended issues that were absolutely necessary. It’s never cheap at the MB dealership, but the service is impeccable.

Brought my brand new GLE450e for a significant warranty repair. It was disheartening that a car with under 2000 miles needed this repair. The service department did a great job explaining the problem, what needed to be done for the warranty repair which included test driving my car over 250 miles. When they couldn’t get a part they needed they let me know it would delay the repair and kept me apprised of the progress. I have been taking both of my cars there for service for the past eight years and the service I had yesterday was terrible which was disappointing. Purchased a used vehicle at this dealership 8 years ago. The facility has been renovated since that time offering a truly professional experience. The Sprinter service department is top notch. They always get our vans scheduled and completed promptly. Which is important for our business as down time is lost work time.

Horrible communication! Josh saved the day for us. Our car was there for months. Ben was horrible with answering his phone. But had no problem calling on a Friday at five then not answer. Uninterested in the customer’s concerns. Most people were nice enough but service was slow and impersonal.

It is my first time to get the service from the location in Scarborough of Maine. They are very nice, the service was done on time and very nice. The worker was kind and the environment was comfortable when I was waiting.

Scott was great and so were the techs . Not only did they catch a major fix that was covered under the benz warranty, but They even fixed my heat I’ve been battling since I day1. 1000x better than Manchester benz!
